Weekly Challenge 8/12/19-8/18/19 come on in and join.
 
I swear, I'm going to get serious. I'm going to get back to Keto, that works for me and I'm an all or nothing kind of guy. So I have to be all in. My goals may be a little lofty this week. I'm going to set a big weight loss goal, because I know I usually drop a lot in the first week. So here goes...

1) 100 oz water per day:
2) Stick to Keto:
3) No eating after 8:00pm:
4) Avg 7k steps per day:
5) Lose 3 pounds (starting at 217.2:eek:):

I made my goals yesterday, except for the walk. I was glued to the computer all day..

It's been a while since I drank 100 ounces of water. My eyeballs were floating. I'm down 3 pounds, I'm sure most of it is water weight, I just need to keep it off for the rest of the week and build from that.

Kathy, I know the feeling, that's why I struggle to get in my steps. Today you'll crush it.

1) 100 oz water per day: yes
2) Stick to Keto: yes
3) No eating after 8:00pm: none
4) Avg 7k steps per day: 6686
5) Lose 3 pounds (starting at 217.2:eek:): -3 (214.2)

I bought a portable CD player to play CDs while I walk. Walking, to me, is bor-----ing! All I can think about is turning around and going home!

water - yes

No walk, but I worked hard shoveling compost at the dump and bringing ti home to put in my garden.
I have a 'flip phone,' so: no music by phone. I do have a collection of podcasts I burned to CD and they always sound new when I listen to them!
