1) 100 oz water per day: yes, yes, no, yes, yes, yes 2) Stick to Keto: yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes 3) No eating after 8:00pm: none, I did (I forgot about this goal), none, ate supper at 9 pm, none, none 4) Avg 7k steps per day: 6686, 4530, 4699, 5168, 14748, 9597 5) Lose 3 pounds (starting at 217.2:eek:): -3 (214.2), 214.2,-5.4 (211.8),-5.6 (213.6), -5.8 (213.4) It's been a great week for me. Long overdue. almost down 6 pounds for the week. I've been sticking to the "program". |
