Far from being on track, but thank you!

I've gained back so much weight and was down to only drinking 1 or 2 bottles of water per day. The beer had gotten to be easier to drink. Yesterday I did manage to drink six 16.9 oz bottles!!

1) 100 oz water per day: No, Yes
2) average 6k steps for the week: 15,308, 3,193

I only had 5 bottles of water so I came up a little short, maybe that's because I had a beer. Good luck to your hubby! My steps have been lacking too but it's because I'm stuck behind my desk most of the day. I usually make up for it when I do yard work, which I'm about to go do some. I'll make up the difference over the weekend.

I think I fell short of my water goal, since I'm not sure, I'll say I missed it.
