7 Day Accountability Thread Starting 3/27/17: Shake your move thing!
Been so busy, and sick too, that I haven't even checked in. Here's a new thread for the accountability and encouragement I know we all need (I sure do)!
This Week's Goals:
1) Calories under 1,400 (6 days): M-Yes (1,393)
2) 10,000 steps (7 days): M-Yes (14,539)
3) Log all food (7 days): M-Yes
4) Stairs (3 days): M-No
5) Strength band exercises (3 days): M-No
If I can get out of the office, I'm going home and crawling into bed. Won't be hitting my step goal today. Here's to a better day tomorrow!

Sorry you're under the weather, Mike! You will lose a few pounds even as you're suffering - but that won't make you feel better right now, will it?

I'm still out sick, too. Doing fine on calories, but the rest of my goals are trash for this week. I'm not even going to bother to write in all the No's for each day. I'll just let this run its course and get back on track next week.
