Default 7 Day Accountability Thread Starting 3/27/17: Shake your move thing!

Been so busy, and sick too, that I haven't even checked in. Here's a new thread for the accountability and encouragement I know we all need (I sure do)!

This Week's Goals:
1) Calories under 1,400 (6 days): M-Yes (1,393)
2) 10,000 steps (7 days): M-Yes (14,539)
3) Log all food (7 days): M-Yes
4) Stairs (3 days): M-No
5) Strength band exercises (3 days): M-No

If I can get out of the office, I'm going home and crawling into bed. Won't be hitting my step goal today. Here's to a better day tomorrow!

As I predicted, this week is a 15-second plank week for me.

Monday: 10 pushups, 15-second plank
Tuesday: 10 pushups, 15-second plank

I'm sorry for being MIA. I'm fighting the flu and sinusitis. I hope to be back at it next week. The bad thing is I haven't eaten much or taken in many fluids in 2 days.

I'm still out sick, too. Doing fine on calories, but the rest of my goals are trash for this week. I'm not even going to bother to write in all the No's for each day. I'll just let this run its course and get back on track next week.

Hope all the sickies recover soon, and keep up the good work, Kathy!

I was wondering what was going on with you. I stayed ahead of you for a little while in steps. I figured you had to have been laid up as well. Get well soon!
