Thank you . . . . so needed this. While gyms aren't my thing, it helps to remember how you'll feel after something, whether positive such as a long walk or run, or otherwise.

It was a lot easier to motivate myself to go to the gym once I started to work at home and noticed how sore I was getting from sitting at the desk all day. I started doing strength training instead of focusing on cardio, and that helps tremendously. I still do cardio, but when I go to the gym and Iím low on time, if I have to pick between the two, I do strength training. is offline
