7 day accountability thread starting 1/30/17
I'll do the same as last week. Who's in? Post up your goals and update daily, if possible.
My goals for the week.
DAILY:
1) 10,000 steps per day
2) 5 miles
3) 100 oz of water

Hi Mike. I am fighting a bad cold, drinking lots of liquids and staying in bed.
My weight is coming down, still losing holiday weight. I started an Easter Challenge and hope to lose 15 pounds. I double dog dare you to join in and beat me. That goes for every one else too. Let's have some fun and look better by Easter. Now if only I could get rid of this cold.

Drink 8 glasses of liquids
Eat under 1000 cal.
Move more

Rant: I was under my calorie limit yesterday but this morning the scale showed a gain, not happy about that. I looked at the calendar and found out that Easter is 10 weeks away. I will do my best to lose 15 pounds but

I just wanted to note, my 5 mile goal isn't all at one time. That is my total movement throughout the day. However, I have a desk jump, so the vast majority is done when I get up and go out the house to go walking.

Well, Mike, I'll play. This weeks goal is to continue not drinking and eating reasonably. Oh, and to work on convincing myself to get back into tracking my cals.
