Goals
Drink 8 glasses of liquids: M Yes, T Yes, W Yes, TH Yes
Eat under 1000 cal.: M Yes, T Yes, W Yes, TH Yes
Move more: M Yes, T Yes, W Yes, TH Yes

So awesome to have you back!Baby steps will get you there. That's a sensible goal. I was expecting something like a 30 day fast.

My goals for the week.
DAILY:
1) 10,000 steps per day M-yes (11,828), T-yes (12,221), W-no (9196), Th-yes (12,276)
2) 5 miles M-yes (5.27), T-yes (5.42), W-no (4.08), Th-yes (5.45)
3) 100 oz of water M-no(80), T- yes (100), W-no (80), Th-yes (100)
