Hi all. I will be weighing in on Tuesday morning. While I was away I was eating smaller portions and walking a lot so I hope to see a good number on the scale. I had a couple treats but kept them to bite sized tastes so no binges. We can do this.

I was disappointed when I stepped on the scale this morning. I was sure I would be down at least a pound and not up. It will come off this week.

Back down that 1 lb. I was up yesterday. Now to keep the momentum and get my weight back down! It's crazy how easily it creeps up!

Hope you find it helpful Debbie: It is crazy and sometimes discouraging, but I'm glad you got that weight off that crept on, and hope it keeps moving down Libby: Anything less than a pound I usually don't sweat, it could be anything from salt to muscle soreness to the dang phases of the moon. It'll come off! Annette: Keep on truckin'! The scale budged a bit down today, but I am not sure how accurate it is. I am experiencing Aunt Flo for the first time in at least 5 years (I have recently gotten off the birth control pill, I was on it for 19 years, which is long enough to basically stop having periods or, more accurately, withdrawal bleeds). I don't know what's normal for me like this, lol, so I'll just keep weighing, but I'll put the number in red so I know what's up when I look back at it. Now I'm wondering if my waspishness yesterday was some form of PMS, which I have ALSO not had in years and which I am fairly certain DH has never experienced ;) At least I married him first, right? Stuck with it now! :D I went on the pill when I was 13 years old. The only PMS I ever remember having was very bad cramps. I don't remember getting all emotional, but I'm 31 now, and things are different. Admission: I took a much-needed mental day off yesterday at DH's gentle suggestion. I weighed in this morning, basically maintained, good enough for me. Feeling SO much better today.

It's that wonderful time of the month. Can you sense my sarcasm! Refuse to get on the scale but at least wanted to check in with my fellow daily weighers. Sorry I went MIA over the weekend, weigh-inners! It was a really busy weekend for me, and our internet router was doing really weird things on top of the busy. We think we have the problem solved (actually a bad/old cable from the router) and our internet is back to working for more than 30 seconds at a time! DH thinks someone kicked the cable and messed it up >.> It couldn't possibly have been me <.<
Anywho! I did log faithfully and worked out on BOTH Saturday and Sunday this weekend, and I also kept up with my goals. I didn't do so hot on water, but the scale was kind to me over the weekend and I FINALLY showed a loss this morning! Small bounce up today, but last evening was stressful and I am having muscle soreness from a strength workout - muscle soreness just means I'm inflamed and therefore retaining water. Kind of a high-salt dinner, too. I'll work on flushing it out and stretching my muscles today.
