I'm posting here to see if I can stop evil shoulder princess Veruca's reign. She kidnapped me and we have had several very indulgent weeks. But it is time to put Veruca back in the closet and get back on track. This week my goal is to weigh and measure everything.

I'm down 5.8 pounds for the week. I'm sure it's water weight but it's in the right direction.
