Smile Toast/EVOO/Oregano..mmmm good!

I rarely eat bread but this is a savory delicious way to start, or end, the day.

Pick your favorite bread that makes great toast, toast it and lightly drop extra virgin olive oil on it..sprinkle it with oregano from a recently purchased jar.

Enjoy..it is just like being in Europe!!

OMG Nancy all this talk today about bread and olive oil you're making me crazy hungry!

BTW, I just purchased a Misto olive oil mister and now you've given me a use for it. I make all my veggies in the microwave so I don't do the roasted thing...

Think of food as fuel for the body instead of feeding emotions

Olive oil's got a great flavor all its own. Sometimes I go down to the specialty olive oil shop in my town and take shots!

My rules:
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.
