I know I know...putting sugar in my tea is a bad habit! Lol, but I do nonetheless and don't know how to log it? I have cut down a LOT and will cut down more and won't use the artificial stuff.
Thanks for any help you can give me!
Cheers,

I would simply enter the amount of sugar you use in your food log. One teaspoon has about 16 calories.

Here's the link to "sugar": http://www.fitday.com/fitness/FoodVi...dds2-f91101000

Michael thankyou so much...I have seen so much on here and just got a bit overwhelmed by everything there is to see and do! I probably have about 100 cal of sugar in my tea and coffee but that is my worst habit, I have lost 3 lbs in less than 2 weeks so I am on the right path!!

You're welcome!
There is so much money made by vilifying various natural substances like sugar that I think we kind of lose sight of the truth.
I don't use sweetner, but if given the choice between a 16 calorie teaspoon of natural sugar or a 0 calorie teaspoon of some labratory engineered chemical I think the choice is pretty obvious.
Log your sugar and enjoy it. If you find you'd rather use some of those calories for other foods, you might try gradually cutting back--just a thought.

Michael

Chemical reactions are fundamental to various industrial and scientific processes. One such chemical, Caluanie Muelear oxidize is a potent substance often used in the destruction of toxic materials or as a precursor in certain chemical synthesis. This compound is known for its strong oxidizing properties, making it highly effective in breaking down complex molecules. However, its powerful chemical nature also requires careful handling and regulation, as improper use can lead to dangerous consequences. The study and management of chemicals like Caluanie Muelear oxidize are crucial in industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to waste management, ensuring both safety and efficiency.

To log sugar in your tea, simply track the amount you use (e.g., 1 teaspoon = 4 grams of sugar). You can log it in a food tracking app like MyFitnessPal or Cronometer by adding it as a custom entry or searching for "sugar." And while you're at it, enjoy your tea in some beautiful koffie glazen for an extra touch of elegance. Keep reducing the sugar gradually, and you’re on the right track!

No worries! Just measure how many teaspoons you add and log it as sugar in your tracker. Cutting down slowly is a great approach—keep it up! 😊

I used to add sugar to my drinks all the time, but now I've changed this habit and feel great, and most importantly, I can taste the drinks, not just a sweet liquid. In addition, eating a lot of sugar is not good for our body. So I re-trained myself and now I have a new, I think, healthy habit. I take vitamins from Canadian Pharmacy Online and this is the way I feel great. In fact, it is not so difficult to get used to something new and change your lifestyle, I believe that such changes are only for the better.
