Just weigh it once for the reference, the micro changes of 1-2 grams won`t hurt that much

You can log the sugar in your tea by entering the amount in teaspoons or grams in your tracking app. Even small changes, like trying something closer to a Costa UK menu option instead of heavily sweetened drinks, can make a difference. Cutting down gradually, like you’re doing, is the best approach, and skipping artificial sweeteners is great too.
