Diet Analysis
Day 1- What I ate Today
-1 choclate chip granola bar
-30 oz of water
-1 ham and cheese with mayo sandwich
-3 red enchilidas with chicken
-2 servings of horchata
-2 bread rolls with honey butter
-rice and mashed potatoes with bacon and cheese
Day 2- What I ate Today
-corn flakes cereal 1 serving
-6 apple slices with peanut butter
-small sprite cup
-28 oz of water
-mcdoanlds 6 pc chicken nuggets happy meal with fries
-1 horchata serving
-small bag of hot cheetos
-2 red meat tacos with salsa
Day 3-What I ate Today
-2 waffles with peanut butter
-11 red grapes
-2 taco bell crunchy tacos
-medium mountian dew
-bag of sour patch kids
-homade burgers with fries
-32 oz of water
-can of coke
