Thursday
Morning: 2 protein pancakes , 2 eggs, and half of a hot link sausage
Lunch: French Toast from Dennys
Dinner: 5 fried tacos with diary, cheese, salsa, avocado, chicken and salad
Friday
Morning: 6 Peanut butter crackers
Lunch: a cup Pad Thai noodles
1 spring role with Peanut butter sauce
Dinner: A bowl of honey bunches of oats cereal with soy milk.
Saturday
Morning: Potatoes with cheese and smashed beans with beet homemade tortillas.
Snack: Mandarins 1 in 1/2
Snack: Ruffle chips like 10 chips
Dinner: 2 popusas
Drink- Homemade horchata
