Default roasting soaked nuts

anyone know if instead of dehydrating, I could just dry my soaked nuts with a papertowel then roast them in the oven at 350-400?

Benefits of Flaxseed

Some time ago it did flaxseed to world fame, because they were known to you can burn them with belly fat without having to starve it .

Flaxseed contains carbohydrates and omega-3 fatty acid . They saturate the long term and increase energy consumption .

As if that were not enough, to protect the information contained in linseed natural oils also the stomach , so that the development of mucosal erosions and ulcers are prevented.
