I have also only managed to average 5 days a week in the past few weeks, but it is still more than I've been doing, so I still feel that I'm heading in the right direction . The way I did my calculations last week didn't really add up after I looked at them again, so I'll restate them here...
9/27-10/3
185 min; 5/7 days.
185/5=37 min average (for active days only)
185/7=26 min average (for full week)
10/4-10/10
170 min; 5/7 days.
170/5=34 min
170/7=24 min

This is a great challenge...count me in! Today was actually day #1 of getting back on track with a work out schedule. I did 22 mins on the treadmill this morning. I did intervals set at speed 3 then jogged at 4.6. My goal was actually to do 30 mins, but I had a slow start getting out of bed. I plan on sticking to a morning workout that way I start my day off on the right. Tomorrow will be day #2!

I'm kinda ashamed of myself for not being able to succeed at my own challenge , but this is the third week that I've only managed 5 of 7, so I guess I might just make that my new personal goal. It's still way more than I was doing, and every step in the right direction is a good one...right ?

I'm managed an average of 30 minutes per day since I started this challenge, that is including the days of 0 activity. This is the first time that I have had regular access to a scale in the past few months, and I've lost 6.6lbs over the past 7 days . I know that this will level out in the next week or so as my body starts to adapt to the changes I'm putting it through, but I still like the way that that number looks on my weight loss graph .
