Here are some back exercises you can do in five minutes:
  • Shoulder blade squeeze
  • Posture Perfect
  • 5-minute upper back stretch
  • Deadlift
  • Pull-up
  • Bent-over row
  • Chest-supported row
  • Lat pulldown
  • Neutral grip pulldown
  • Seated cable row

Can I go in for sports and do such exercises if I feel some pain in my back? Who can I contact for advice?

Hello Neal. I wouldn't ignore back pain, much less do any exercise. It is better to contact specialists, namely an osteopath. Personally, after the osteopathic consultancy I felt incredible relief.
