Default How can I actually get visible abs?

Good evening, my name is Killian, and I'm 27 years old. I exercise three times a week for two hours. I want to develop my abs, but I haven't been able to achieve conclusive results. I've tried various methods, and someone recommended this video to me. Could you provide your opinion or give advice on how to get abs, in case this video isn't effective or doesn't offer enough details?

Hey Killian! It's awesome that you're committed to sculpting those abs. Consistency is key, mate! While the video might help, consider mixing up your routine with a combo of calisthenics and weights. Check out this article for insights on which approach might work best for you: https://betterme.world/articles/cali...cs-vs-weights/. Keep pushing!

To develop abs effectively:
  • Focus on nutrition: Eat a balanced diet.
  • Incorporate targeted ab exercises 2-3 times a week.
  • Include full-body workouts and cardio.
  • Ensure proper form to avoid injury.
  • Allow for adequate recovery time.
  • Stay consistent and patient with the process.

Hey Killian, getting visible abs is definitely a journey! Consistency is key, along with a balanced diet and targeted exercises. I'll check out the video and let you know my thoughts. Meanwhile, focusing on core exercises like planks, crunches, and leg raises can help. Hang in there!

Hey Killian!
I hear you're on the quest for killer abs – that's awesome! Consistency is key here, so keep up those gym sessions and focus on exercises like crunches and planks to really target those abs. Now, when it comes to diet, think balance. Load up on protein and healthy foods to fuel your body and help trim down that belly fat. And hey, don't get discouraged if you don't see instant results. It takes time and experimentation to find what works best for your body. Keep at it, stay patient, and those abs will start making an appearance before you know it!
