Yoga is the best way to keep yourself fit and healthy. It has plenty of health benefits like weight loss, reducing the aging effects, boosting the sexual power and more. It also have several asanas that boost your beauty and maintain your eternal beauty.delete

In general, your body is making changes as soon as you start working out, though it can take about 4 weeks of regular, consistent workouts to actually gain strength, stamina and as long as 6 weeks to start seeing the results most of us are looking for in terms of dropping sizes or shedding pounds.

Running or not running

I run today. I enjoy it and cross training too. However I don’t know who to listen to. Some people say running is good for weight loss. Others say too much of it can increase fat in your body and I need to burn some fat to lose a couple of pounds I just gained

I definitely try and drag myself to do some home workouts, go to the gym, or do some running even when it's hard. I got flat feet, so running can be pretty much difficult (especially with long distances) but if there's something I've learned in my fitness journey, it's to not give up when there's an obstacle. You push through and do whatever it takes to do what you gotta do. My flat feet never stopped me from running, I did my research, found shoes that are great for flat feet and went ahead and ran... almost daily. There's nothing that could set us back, if we focus our minds to our fitness goals. ;)

Every since I started working from Home, my excessive routine has fallen by the way side. Being a disabled vet, I am finding it hard to do many exercises because of lower back pain.
