I FINALLY got to go on a run today, it was only 3 miles but it felt good. So far my knee is doing good, I'll try and take it easy this time around as a side note I have been lifting three times a week

Cross Country skiing today X 2 for a total of 3 hours. It was a beautifull winter day. I'll post a photo if I can figure it out! Mary

That is something I'd love to be doing. I took the training in the pool however never completed my open water dives. I love snorkling but may still try diving someday. I need a buddy I can trust! Mary

From you post on the other thread your dives go far beyond relaxation! You have to be in top shape for that depth! I live near an area where the cold clear water fools people and they don't realize how deep they are (Tobermory, ON) There are some sunken ships that attract divers. They have a decompression chamber even though it's a very small town. Mary

I have been training a lot to tone my body, and i found a great way to link to SPAM, I hope this can be a good advise to others.

Crazigerl, I expect different bikes are geared differently, on the ones we use 10 is no effort (these are read outs on the screen on the bike, not perceived exertion). I’ve never paid for a personal trainer but have been blessed with a lot of unofficial personal trianing, and recommend the attention.

Mule, good for you – treat that knee right

Mary great picture in the avatar

Kimbur, diving must be amazing.

Reycroxas, it will be inetersing to see how long you last.

For me, an warm up run, followed by 40 minutes of weight lifting. Hoping to break through some emotional weights.

Tied to desk today -- would rather be outside Curling tonight. Mary
