We all know that Anxiety is not good for our health. The main trigger for anxiety is stress, people who have daily strain like taking pressure during a traffic jam or by missing flight. Other factors of Anxiety like drugs or alcohol are also the main causes of Anxiety. So some ways to help you to save from Anxiety are;
