There are a lot of good reasons owning home gym equipment. First of all they allow you to exercise without having to leave the house. Secondly you can exercise any time and as much as you can. Thirdly i you miss the gym session you can always replace it by exercising in your home.

I own Sunny Health & Fitness recumbent bike. It is an overall affordable fitness equipment. What I appreciate the most is the adjustable resistance. My fitness level is far not advanced, so I can adjust the device to suit me perfectly. No problems appeared for 3 months of usage.
