Smile Lost 9kgs in just 3 weeks!

Hey everyone,

About 3 weeks ago I got seriously ill and spent most my time in the hospital. I arrived weighing approximately 81kg and when I left I was down to 71kg.

I'm after advice on how to regain the weight into toning up the body shape I already have, I'm not interested in bulking up.

Any advice on the best workout routines that I should look into, and the type of diet/meals that will be beneficial in the beginning stages of putting on some kgs.


Help a skinny brother out!

You've to focus on your diet. I think it must be fully customized according to your workout routine and lifestyle.

No matter what, healthy to be first. Focus on your diet, do some workout to return your normal life. Good luck!
