Hi! I understand the situation of such people. You need to try to increase the caloric content of the diet due to complex carbohydrates (oatmeal, rice, potatoes) and healthy fats (avocado, nuts, olive oil). Also make sure you consume enough protein and give your muscles time to recover. Maybe you should add more caloric snacks, for example, a smoothie with banana, nuts and protein?
