We have intake to lots of water and fruits, vegetables only. kindly avoid junk food, packed foods.. We have must walk daily 45 mins or 1 hour compulsory and avoid unnecessary sleeping. daily you have must sleep at (i.e. Minimum 7 hr or 8 hr) only.
