it's easy to pick out good and healthy foods to eat, easier to plan a diet but it is hard to prepare the planned diet
what ever you have in your list remember food is best when properly absorbed and waste properly eliminated..that is proper diet.... how do u maximize nutrient absorption and proper waste elimination? DO NOT FORGET YOUR FIBERS! start with an ample serving of papaya, follow it up with fennel and aloe.. find more sources of fibers....

Hi, yes! I could believe on these things by just drinking a lot of water, fruit juices and green tea. It is one way too of having detoxing diet because it can set up to get the body to flush out toxins which means that you are able to cleanse your body from unwanted fats.
