flushing out toxins
it's easy to pick out good and healthy foods to eat, easier to plan a diet but it is hard to prepare the planned diet :( what ever you have in your list remember food is best when properly absorbed and waste properly eliminated..that is proper diet.... how do u maximize nutrient absorption and proper waste elimination? DO NOT FORGET YOUR FIBERS! start with an ample serving of papaya, follow it up with fennel and aloe.. find more sources of fibers.... :) share the results so you can also inspire other people..happy eating everyone :)
