Follow a proper balanced diet this will help you to lose weight quickly. Drink lots of water and do exercise like yoga .. Drink green tea.

I think drinking more water and drinking green tea can help. So, concerning green tea, have you ever heard about green tea from Java, an Indonesian island?

Congratulations on losing 10 lbs and as you have issue with workouts so watch what you eat and add fruits and vegetables more in your meal plans. Drink more water than routine, have green tea and limit beverages. Do not eat late, manage stress and have proper sleep.
