Well friends after a 5 day food bender after my weigh in loss of ZERO pounds last week I am back on the program.
I am back to eating right and exercising and actually lost 1 pound at todays weigh in. Amazing how half a week turns up a result that a full week of hard work and effort turned up nothing.
So from now on I am going to stick with it and not take that silly scale so seriously and just let the pounds fall of at the speed they want.
