Honey it's Friday, she threw on her bustier, grabbed her whip and is hitting the "Cracker" Barrel, for some fishy dinner, she's gonna beat the waitress into making all kinds of healthy substitutions, and force feed the forbidden biscuits to her DH on the marrow. You must have missed her earlier post, she's been planning this for weeks.
Actually, I should save up and hire her to make sure I stay on track over the weekend. Gotta come up with some coping strategies, pronto.

Cassie and Amy, you two gave me a good chuckle! I didn't wear the bustier because it makes my butt look fat. Had a male waiter of about college age and he was too cute to whip. The fried cod dinner was sooooooooooooooooooo good. Yes, I have been planning this for a couple weeks. But I had to make myself earn it. Honestly, our local Cracker Barrel Restaurant has the best fried cod I've ever tasted in my whole life--not exaggerating. They are so good about substitutions.
I ate only 3/4 the serving of fish, (will either eat the other 1/4 tomorrow if I can fit it into my food allowance or let DH eat it) and had green beans and turnip greens for my sides. I still have a protein shake and flaxmeal that I don't really need to satisfy hunger, but I need to get it in to meet my protein and fiber targets.
AND LOOK WHAT I DID TODAY COUNTING MY PROTEIN SHAKE AND FLAXMEAL I HAVEN'T HAD YET!

Something wonderful: DH not only passed his heart stress test, but he passed it with flying colors, and the doctor who performed the test at the hospital exclaimed how fit he is for a 72 year old man. The doctor couldn't find anything irregular in any of the other couple tests they did looking for heart problems, either.

My rant for the week.
I was heading back from my 5.57 mile walk with Chloe' and I had to pee soooo much it was killing me. I found a little dark spot to duck in to and I started to pee. I had the leash around my wrist. For some crazy reason Chloe' went to walk off and the leash pulled my hand and I ended up pissing all over my shoe! I ended up having to finish my walk with a pissy foot!
