Uh-oh, Mike opened a can of worms! He'd better go WAY out on that fishing boat where Cassie AND Quinn can't get to him. I'll just sit here in my rocking chair trying to remember my name and have fun watching the kiddies duke it out.

Sunday report: early, but my snack for later tonight is logged with only 7 calories to spare and is awaiting my arrival in the TV room. Reporting in now will close the kitchen.
Lost 3 lbs. this past week after having been stalled since the beginning of July. I'm 99% sure it was due to the sodium nitrite in my deli meat--I'd been eating it every day. When I switched to preservative free deli meat, the weight (which I knew HAD to be water weight) started draining away. Thanks again for mentioning your problem with sodium nitrite, Mary.
Calorie limit 1600 1621, 1137, 1131, 1344, 833--busy and not very hungry, 1309, 1600

WCBS, hi. I hope you'll be joining us on our new week's thread tomorrow. We're always at the top of the Support group for just women, which includes our male moderator Mike and he's a good guy. We all learn so much and gain so much support from each other. Plus we also have fun.
