If I understand correctly, you are looking for nutritional values for the cooked version? Since the Rice to water ratio is 1:3 (meaning 1 cup of dry rice makes 3 cups cooked) then you should be able to just divide the quantity you eat by 3 to get the correct values. You could also create a custom food for the cooked version using the same method.
