Thanks for the replies. I'm really excited about my progress, and I'm really enjoying the forum here.
I can't wait to be in the 200's. I'm going to get a massage as a reward when I get there. I've only had a massage once before, but it was wonderful. All my muscles were so relaxed, esp my neck and shoulders.

right on bud your off to a good start keep it up, i was 365 down to 360 in the past week , on the same type of diet hope to be 195 by july 10 we'll see ...good luck mike

After staying at 325 for a week I decided this week would be a "Kick a$$" week. For the last 3 days my calorie intakes were 1500, 1500, and 1000 down from my normal 2000 to 2500. I think ill go back up come on calories after this week. Doing good so far doing either weights or cardiovascular daily also. I'm hoping to get to 320 or at least 322 by Thursday the 19th

Agreed, massage is awesome as a reward. Keep your eye on the prize, short term and long term!
Okay, I'm curious enough that I have to ask, but what kind of diet are you on that you are going to lose over 150 pounds by July? Or are you shooting for July 2013?
