I am starting to log my nutrition on fitday specifically for a couple people at work that want to follow my progress. I will post my diet and training on my blog which I will attach here as a link. All my food intake will be posted here on fitday.;)

I know you might want to do this solo, but having people help you (especially if you are like me and need support) theres a thread about this kind of thing that you can join. It really makes you think about what you eat when you have to post these things for other people to see. It might also be nice for your friends at work to see how other people with different goals manage to handle it.

I tried that makeup again this morning using my usual routine of putting Milk Of Magnesium on my face prior to applying my foundation....my usual routine with other foundations, and it worked better today. I am still disappointed because I was hoping that I could nix the MOM routine:D. But I won't complain about my oily skin. On the good side, it helps keep me wrinkle free. A Brand New Day |
