Not all fruits are good when you're on a diet
Some fruits are rich in sugar and if you're on a diet you don't want to eat that. Apples and pears are fruits that are diet-friendly. You can snack on them and it's also good for digestion.

Never knew it
I never knew that eating fruit is a bad thing when you are watching your weight. I've always preferred fruits than veggies and since they are nutritious, I've never thought that they are bad.

Hi
I always find the need to snack at work especially when i have had salad for lunch. I am pretty good and carry around apples, grapes and cranberries. But someone told me that i wont lose weight if I keep eating fruit? I am going to the gym every day and eating healthily for my main meals, weetabix in the morning, salads for lunch and normally fish and veg for dinner. Can anyone help, I want to optimise my diet but I really like fruit!
Thanks
Gill

Fruits are good. They are loaded with plethora of nutrients that is required by the body to maintain the optimal conditions. Anti-aging foods are good to mange the skin in any kind of weather and boost the skin nutrition along with other organs. These foods overcome the aging effects significantly.
