Thanks for sharing!That sounds like an intriguing book..I don't get it how that many calories can wind up in those foods either,it's just like eating a bowl of butter with sugar on top!!

And welcome to Fitday,
yeah this book is great - I highly recommend picking up a copy. It not only has lots of info on restaurants, but grocery store items as well. I have used it a lot to figure out mostly treats and occasional quicky conveinence foods.
