I've had the same thing. I go to open a page or forum post, and sometimes it works, other times it just stalls out... noticed it on and off for a while, but the last couple of days have been worse :/

I've been getting hang-ups, too, not too bad, but just now I couldn't log in the regular way; every time I tried, I got the Internal Server Error message. Got in through a back door...history page, but not even that; had to go to my public page, then back to private account, to forums, to post this.

I've been shut out most of the evening. They're probably doing maintenance on the site, moving stuff around, getting ready for the big rollout. It would be nice to know for sure, rather than guess.
