Ah, yesterday I took a break from shredding and was out with friends and even had some regular beer but today is the first day this week that I have not gained weight.
Usually I have a calorie deficit of 600 to 1000 kcal if the metabolic rate calculation is right. Other websites calculate roughly the same rate, though. Still, my metabolism might be slower than that since this is a higher deficit than I would need but I am not really losing much weight.
