How to add exercises?
I'm just wondering if there is a way to add exercises or make them more specific? Example: Today is my cardio day, I use a treadmill and do the following in 10 minute increments...4.0mph 0 incline, 4.2mph 0 incline, 4.2mhp 5.0incline, 3.8mph 0incline. That was todays, but I do different things on different days. I know my heart rate, calories burned and total mileage, but I'm not sure how to input the information. Any ideas would be very helpful!
