Got to work an hour early, got 4 sets of bench press, 3 sets of incline bench press and incline dumbbell flye done, will try and get the other 3 exercises done on my lunch break
won't able to do the 2 cable exercises and the standing calf raises done as we haven't got those machines here, I'll have to improvise
got everything done except for the cable stuff and the standing calf raises, didn't have the gear for that, but I lifted for a total of 1 hour 5 minutes, and I sure am sore now! looking forward to day 2!
