Losing Weight is about Your Raising Metabolism
You can raise your metabolism with some simple steps that are not hard.
Eat Breakfast every day
Do some push-ups, 20, before breakfast
Do not sit for more than 30 minutes at a time - get up and move around!
Make sure to get some sunlight every day
Practice breathing properly (through your diaphragm)
After dinner snacks should only consist of fruit eaten slowly
