8.4 kilometer/ 5.2 miles, it took me an hour and 20 minutes
I did 3 times 20 minutes running (I'd better start calling it jogging, feel like such a wannabe) and 1 minute walk, and did a few sprints uphill.
I would like to run 10K / 6.2 miles in 60 minutes, I'm a looong way from that goal.
