Fitness motivation

When you’re planning to start a fitness session, you must remember that the best ‘equipment’ you could use is the motivation. It can take a long time to build a proper motivation, and it can be easily lost if you lose it of your sight. You’re thinking that exercising is useless,

Yep, motivation is what typically makes me not want to work out. Either I'm exhausted because of work or have other things I'd like to do, it is the lack of drive that always gets me in a slump. Sometimes forcing myself to do things is the only way to get back on the motivation train.
