well- it's the day after I wrote that, and I've met my 20lb mark! down to 215 from 235!!! As disapointed as I was last week- this completely made up for it! I feel so good right now! I just worked out hard and even suffered down some eggs (the more I cut out animal products, the grosser they are to me, but I need to protein right now )

hi and well done to you all. I've been terrible and have put on 3lbs......was on holiday last week and didn't do as much exercise as I had planned to counteract all the naughty eating and drinking.....back to the mill today though.....

7 pounds down for me, and I finally made it through a weekend without gaining anything back! I had to buy a new outfit for work yesterday, and I got a size smaller in the shirt and pants!! That hour every night on the step machine is definitely helping.

Your all doing excellent, keep at it and don't get discouraged! You feel better on the inside and the pounds will disappear

I am down 3/4 of a pound but the last few are always the toughest

I'm still here! Having a really hard time getting onto the FitDay site for some reason, so am posting when I can get on.

I am still the same, but that is my own fault. Not being as diligent with my food portions. No excuses. Have started exercising everyday though, and feel in the routine with that once again. Feeling good and my energy level is UP. And now need the pounds to start melting off again. Not going to make my goal I have set for myself, but will set another goal..never giving up..!
