I have been on target with food and activities so could this heat wave have anything to do with my weight gain? Was on a plateau and my weight just started to go down. Now it has been up for the last few days.

Quite likely. Your body may be trying to hold on to extra water as a protection. One thing you could do is increase your water intake. Oddly enough that often decreases retention... go figure

Thanks Pam, Drinking more water did help. I thought I was drinking enough because I had stopped drinking Diet pop but I guess I needed more. Almost made my 3 month goal thanks to more water but not quite. All good though I had a good run. Thanks again and have a wonderful day
