I too would like to join.

I would like to join the weekly weigh-ins! I have gone from my highest at 235, to my current weight of 220.5 by cutting out processed sugar and foods, and focusing on nutrients, which fitday has been helping me a lot by tracking. I also started an exercise routine this week. I am trying to get to a healthy weight, so hopefully this thread will keep me accountable.

down 2.1 for the week coming in at 206.1

I weighed in at 219 this morning. Only 1.5lb loss, but it's a loss and I'm just starting my period today, so i hope I'm retaining some and will lose 5lbs next week. Going by my calories out vs. in would have meant at least a 3lb loss this week. I've been doing 40 minutes of conditioning every single morning, plus walking a few days a week, eating less than 1500 of all unprocessed foods- mostly fruits and veggies with lean protein.
Congrats to the people who went from "obese" to "overweight"- I can't wait to be there! haha! It's funny how being told you're overweight can be such an exciting prospect when compared to the alternative. I think I have to get close to 185lbs to be only "overweight", which is one of my goals for my seven year anniversary in July. Maybe, maybe not, but I will damn sure be way closer to it than I am now!!! |
