Hi Deanna, I would like to continue...even though my weight loss seems to be at a standstill...STS yet again this week. Moving forward, onwards and downwards.

Hi All

1 lb lost to from last week, so at least it's going back in the right direction. That's me 155lb. I'd love for this to continue if you're still ok to do it Deanna. It has made such a difference to my motivation knowing that I have this day each week to work toward. Great job everyone.....

I would like to join the weekly weigh-ins! I have gone from my highest at 235, to my current weight of 220.5 by cutting out processed sugar and foods, and focusing on nutrients, which fitday has been helping me a lot by tracking. I also started an exercise routine this week. I am trying to get to a healthy weight, so hopefully this thread will keep me accountable.

189..... Down one pound, better news is that I met my first goal.... on my BMI I went from being "obese" to now I am only "overweight!".... YAY!!!!! I can't weight for my next goal..... to be normal weight!!!!!!!!

jessie hard to put this right,i find myself craving people to talk too going thur same. down from 308 to 268 not confirmed but serious thinking bout lap band. i,ve pretty much heard all the do's & don'ts the deit i,m on seems to be doing ok [3 weeks] so not really advise per say as much as a voice. i mean main topic is wt. loss not the cat is sick again altho important not the subject. anyway mine e mail [email protected]. if know of others plz contact. if they have a way to speak to other members i dont know how which is very possible. tys take care

Jessie- I too just moved this week from "obese" to only "overweight"-- Way to go girl, we can do it!

I weighed in at 219 this morning. Only 1.5lb loss, but it's a loss and I'm just starting my period today, so i hope I'm retaining some and will lose 5lbs next week. Going by my calories out vs. in would have meant at least a 3lb loss this week. I've been doing 40 minutes of conditioning every single morning, plus walking a few days a week, eating less than 1500 of all unprocessed foods- mostly fruits and veggies with lean protein.

Congrats to the people who went from "obese" to "overweight"- I can't wait to be there! haha! It's funny how being told you're overweight can be such an exciting prospect when compared to the alternative. I think I have to get close to 185lbs to be only "overweight", which is one of my goals for my seven year anniversary in July. Maybe, maybe not, but I will damn sure be way closer to it than I am now!!!

Hi all,
I would love to get in on the next round, if someone can help me and tell me how to do this it and when it will start would be so appreciated. I started March 28, 2019 at 217 lbs and I am 207 today. My goal weight is 175 or less by August 15, 2010. I have no option but to meet this goal, as I have already put the downpayment on sky diving lessons and I either meet the weight requirement or lose the money. That's my incentive.

I have been having trouble getting on this website lately, but still checking in when I can.

I would be interested in another session.

No loss for me, but also no gain, staying the same...need to break through this plateau. With spring on the horizon, the extra gardening will help put me back in the losing zone!
