Getting Back on Track
#1

Okay It's Time. I've been goofing off and gaining since December. Slowly some weeks, with great speed the others. Today I'm committing to getting back on track. When you don't even do the healthy things you enjoy -- like biking or green tea you know it's time to quit being stupid. No more excuses.
This week I will get back into good habits, restrict my eating to get rid of all the bad habits I've picked up, and get out and exercise - and enjoy it!
Habits I lost: water, exercise, green tea, journalling, loging in to fitday, balanced diet, planning my meals.
Habits I gained: Fast Foods, sandwiches for dinner; no planning; bags of chocolates; couch potatoing; coffee with cream and sugar;
Today that ends. I'd say wish me luck but luck isn't what I need.

I'm hoping the switch is on. Feeling motivated. Day 1 went according to plan One good thing about straying is the fast loss the first couple of days back on track. I should do a video telling myself how crappy I feel when I quit exercising and eating right and how good I feel when doing it right. It's hard to convince your down self how good you can feel when you take care of yourself.
Thanks for the support and we can do it! Mary
