MrsRain, iced green tea is wonderful! I make mine in one gallon pitchers, about 7-9 tea bags per gallon. By making it like sun tea (i.e., allowing the tea bags to sit in the water for 6-8 hours, usually on the count top or in the fridge), I find the flavor to be mellow and not too tannic or bitter. I sweeten with stevia, and during the growing season, I add a couple crushed handfuls of fresh mint. Sometimes add either lemon or lime juice, too. Good stuff, no? :)

Try a black tea, straight or something like Twinings mixed berry. Caffeine to help w/ weight loss, healthy antioxidents, and no sugar like the bottled stuff.

Recently i began taking in about 4 cups of green tea every day...too early to understand if it will help with weight-loss but green tea is so healthful & filled with anti-oxidants.

i am joining fitday. green tea is very usefull for weight loss. and no side effects.

Using green tea for weight loss is great because it helps fill you up, increases your metabolism and curbs your appetite, but if you are going to drink green tea for weight loss you will need to drink 3 to 5 cups a day. If you want to use green tea for weight loss you may want to consider a green tea pill or extract.

I started drinking green tea for health reasons but continue because I prefer it..I drink it clear as opposed to black tea which I take with sugar. I am making every effort to drink 2 cups per day working my way up to 4 by fall.

Green tea has many benefits for health and weight loss. Be sure that green tea helps you to lose weight. And yes, you've heard right. Green tea increases energy and so speeds up metabolism. And so we burn more calories than normal. We should drink at least 3 cups of green tea each day. 4-5 cups good for you. I drink 3 cups of green tea each day. It also makes me relax. It reduces stress.

i love green tea and many other teas as well there are many wonderful teas out there as well but green tea is my personal favorite. green tea is a wonderful beverage and very relaxing and very good for those that drink it. many wonderful health benefits.
