You are obviously doing great as far as working out is concerned. Mixing it all up sounds like a great idea, too. I'm a runner myself (though usually don't run further than 10 ks) and I found that my body got used to running so much, that even longer runs did absolutely nothing to help me lose weight. I now add cardiovascular activities such as squash, (swimming), Zumba etc. in order to train different muscle groups and get my heart rate up. HIIT sounds like a very good idea, too.

And, as has been posted before, try to up your protein intake! It's not only about the amount of calories we eat but also about the food choices we make.

One last thing: to get more accurate results as far as "calories burned" is concerned you might want to log in "sleeping" as well.
